The eCommerce Ann Arbor Meetup group is back and kicking off 2018 with a must-attend discussion diving into the world of visitor research and A/B testing. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from an experienced Optimization Strategist, Human Element’s own Sabra Bander, as she gives insight into how visitor research is done for Human Element clients, and how those same strategies can improve your own organization’s eCommerce strategy. We’ll look at free and inexpensive tools like Hotjar, Google Optimize, Optimize and others, and explore how best to put them to work for your business. As always, Human Element will be sponsoring the event with beer and snacks for attendees at our downtown Ann Arbor office. The event is free and open to the public. Sabra Bander has been working with eCommerce clients for more than five years and has worn a lot of hats in that time. From Business Analyst to Account Manager to Optimization Specialist, Sabra has uncovered the mysteries of the Magento platform and has helped dozens of companies get the most out of their eCommerce store.
Sabra honed her skills in technology strategy and management at companies like Zoup! and Magnetic (formerly MyBuys). She also spent some time in Kenya working with an elephant conservation non-profit. Sabra currently works at Human Element as a Specialist in Website Optimization and is the resident expert in visitor research and A/B testing.
