After three months of design and implementation, Human Element is both giddy and proud to launch the new Superlift.com on the Magento 2 platform.
The design phase began in the cool days of March after Superlift reached out to the Human Element nerds for a new site. Superlift’s original homegrown, custom-built eCommerce platform had a special set of issues all its own. When they approached us, the Superlift team had already completed UX/UI work for the site and were looking for a partner to work with their internal designer to execute the final project on Magento 2.
Human Element worked previously with Superlift’s parent company to support another Quantum brands property, MossyOak Graphics. Superlift wanted a face-to-face partner, someone they could meet for drinks or schedule an in-office meeting rather than hire an organization that lacked… the human element.
In an effort to improve overall usability of the site, Human Element transitioned Superlift to the Magento Enterprise 2 platform and threw in some one-of-a-kind features that made the new Superlift website a leader in eCommerce for lift kit/suspension systems.
YOTPO Integration for Magento 2
Human Element integrated Yotpo, a user-generated content marketing platform that makes it super easy to collect and curate content from customers and leverage it to increase sales, traffic, and customer retention.
Year, Make, Model Search Feature
A custom year, make and model search filter presents options specific to customers visiting the Superlift site with a unique vehicle in minde.
GoData Feed is a backend, cloud-based suite of multichannel marketing technology that removes roadblocks to valid shopping feeds, aids the Superlift site with product listing optimization and gives true eCommerce analytics.
Lastly, Human Element was able to successfully perform our first-ever implementation of the Affirm payment method: a modernized consumer credit changing the way people shop the Superlift site by enabling customers to buy what they want and pay over time, boosting conversion, revenue, and customer loyalty.
