About Caitlin Bartley

Caitlin Bartley started her journey to Human Element at an Arby’s at age 19 where she worked as a shift manager and learned a most important life lesson: You must have a thick skin to prepare yourself for chaos and awfulness. She continued her education at Washtenaw Community College and graduated from EMU with a degree in Tech Management before gaining more illustrious employment as a front end developer at Metaphor and later Barracuda. Caitlin enjoys frigid Michigan days shredding on her snowboard and the word “Shenanigans” which, she feels accurately describes the day-to-day experience of working on the Human Element team. She also once saw three human-sized bananas battle in a mosh pit in a Bud Lite tent at a rock concert. Caitlin’s life goals are to build an app for weight lifting, share tips for going green with strangers, and adopt a lot of babies, because she’s just a good person like that.
